Their delivery drivers reversed into a property near our building site (caught on cctv).The delivery drivers denied that they did it and got extremely aggressive with the owner who just came out to talk to them. We called the company to speak about their drivers conduct and was advised they would look into it and get back to us. There was never a return call. The incident has been reported to police and we had to fix up their damage.

Great place to get reo. They cater for retail small customers to big industrial. I always appreciate companies that are happy to help the small customers like me. I got trench mesh and reo bars. They will cut the bars for you but they ask you to cut your own trench mesh on site. They supply the bolt cutters and free gloves to protect your hands.About a third of the price of most nurseries, etc. who supply similar stuff. So worth the effort to drive there. My local nursery sells 200 mm x 6m (L8TM3) for $51 dollars. I bought L8TM4 (300mm x 6m) from ARC for about $20 a sheet.Clean premises, well laid out. Safety is important onsite. Great job!

Our experience was not a positive one. Took weeks to provide a price on our order despite us calling in and following up via email and phone. Delivered a substitute item, which created extra work for our concreters, however no call to advise us of this or a price adjustment on our order. The delivery driver was completely out of his depth and could only manage to drop on the nature strip despite our property being completely accessible and all other services (eg: timber, trusses) have managed to deliver in the driveway. Unfortunately, based on our experience, would not recommend ARC Thomastown.
