UPDATE: THE ABSURDITY CONTINUES. After finally getting a shipping notification after a month, i got a second email advising that over half my items wouldn't be shipped as they were out of stock, and would be refunded. Maybe they are out of stock because they took a month to pick the order???Ordered online and the order was being fulfilled by this store. It took literally an entire MONTH for the order to even be DISPATCHED, and this was after calling priceline twice and emailing 3 times to chase up the order.All the while the website incorrectly reflected that the order had been shipped".This delay cannot be blamed on shipping delays or postage issues as this was purely related to actually dispatching the items by the priceline team. 1 month from order to dispatch is completely unacceptable for such a large company

Ordered some hair dye nearly a month ago which says its been shipped out but i have no tracking and cant get a hold of anyone through the Priceline email address or the store itself. I understand there are delays but to have an order say shipped a month ago and have no tracking or updates is concerning.Anyone from the store directly that can help?

I have ordered online 3 weeks ago and the pharmacy hasn't even started to prepare the order. Their line is busy all day long and Priceline customer service is just not responding to my messages. I understand the delays due to Covid but more than 3 weeks to prepare an order seems a bit high?

I placed an order online on 1st August and this shop took the order. But 37 days have passed since then and still no delivery. I have not been able to get through on the phone and I have not been able to get a reply to messages sent to the website. If the streets weren't full of Priceline shops, I would have suspected this was a scam. Now I can't even find a way to get a refund!

UPDATE: I received my order at nearly 6 weeks. regardless of 'delays' this is not good enough. especially after being notified once my order had already been placed. there should be a notification that there is delays before I am told 'my order will be with me in 5 business days'. I also had items missing and was not notified of this until I finally got my order and they left me a note in my parcel and they advised my my items would be refunded. very frustrating and will definitely know to not order online in future!its been 3 and a half weeks and I am yet to receive any update on my order at all. the tracking number tells me its still being processed. you cant reach anyone by phone or email and ive received not one single update at all. I have 4 Priceline stores in my area, I dont understand why my order was processed through a facility in another territory 5 hours away that clearly cannot keep up with the demand. If I knew it wouldve been better to click and collect from my local store 20 minutes away then I wouldve gone with that. There should be a warning before opting for delivery that says its going to take a month as the original email I got said 3-4 business days. Absolute joke!

best Priceline experience ever, the employee who helped me was so friendly and welcoming, even though the store didn’t have the product I was after, they (didn’t catch the employee’s name but they had a useful pronoun pin) explained to me where I would be able to find it. They also helped me get some false lashes locked on the shelf. 10/10 experience, made me feel so welcomed and just made for a wonderful shopping experience.

Ordered online and order was fulfilled by this store. It took almost a month before the items were even shipped. Tried to call store, phone line was always busy, sent emails to customer service twice with no response. You want customers to shop online at your store and this is how you treat them. Never again.

UPDATE: I received my order after almost 4 weeks....I made an order online 2.5 weeks ago, and my order has NOT even been packed or shipped. I used my tracking link to contact the shipping company and they stated that they had not received any package to deliver at all.I have also not received any updates or explanations as to why my order has not yet been packed or shipped, and I am frustrated at the lack of communication and decent customer service.I’ve tried to get in direct contact with the store multiple times via phone, to no avail.This is completely unacceptable.

A few months back I asked to speak to the manger due to the rudeness of staff. The manager insisted that that was normal. Firstly she couldn’t even look me in the eye and stuttered every 2.3 words. Worst Priceline refuse to shop their again. Even had a friend film it to take it to head office. Ridiculous how the manager handled it. No apology or anything

I had made an online order for my big family's gifts in Priceline website and the Priceline Belconnen took care my order. I finished every order and payment process, and just waited for the delivery. However, it took me nearly two weeks to receive. I could understand because of the Covid. After more than a week, they just packed my order as tracking. This order supposed to be packed when they sent to me the confirmation email with the tracking code. And when the package was delivered through Auspost, they sent me the email that some of items is unavailable and I would be refunded for those items not delivered. The note is marked that I changed my mind. What a liar! Why do I have to do that when I was waiting for that? After everything have been done, what do they want me to do? Ridiculous! Even I checked on the Priceline account, the note on refund is still CHANGE MY MIND. They turned it to me, not their fault. I sent them email to talk about this. They said it was an error, so they will fix it. And if any item is not available, I cannot order at the beginning. Of course, but how can I know why I still can order, pay and the package is delivered with missing some items. Even I got refund for them that of course I will get, I am still not happy with the service of Priceline and Priceline Belconnen. Disappointed with those things happened. Priceline should be more keen on the service, products, and operation. I know everything can happen when running business. But, Don't just put everything in place, and force customers to follow like sheep. Thank you.
