I emailed the company's customer service looking for a specific pair of boots. Within the same day I received a reply and within a couple of days they located the boots and were on their way to me.I absolutely love the fit and look of the boots too.

Nice looking shoes but they don't last long. Tried to return a pair of shoes after only 4 weeks wear and was told I had worn them too much even though the shoes were clearly poorly designed and paint started flaking off the sole after a few days. Sales staff treated me like a criminal and head office didn't reply to my concerns. Plenty of better companies with much better return policies out there. Buyer beware!

Buyer Beware!Worst experience ever.Bought shoes and didnt fit.They wont refund and now i am dealing with ACCC as well as VCAT to do a simple refund.They push you to buy, then only exchange and get security to escort you out if you make a fuss in store.They try to be charitable but at the cost to a customer.They force the buyer to exchange and have no regard for a consumers right to a refund when the product is not fit for purpose.A majority of their products are made in China where work conditions are poor and labour is cheap.How dare you pretend to support charities when you enslave workers in other countries and steal from customers.If this is your idea of giving back then you are largely delusional and due for re evaluations.Your website loops back to yourself in women for women africa and their actual website has discrepancies in the information you advertise.How dare you use the faces of the less fortunate to help advertise.True charity is without acknowledgement or support and purely from the heart.Worst experience ever and a testament to how they callously treat their customers. No wonder their reviews are bad.Wish I read those before even stepping foot in their feral thieving shop.

The shoes look great but I bought a pair today in the DFO in discount with a 99 tag on it, got charged 150 and the guy first tried to convinced me I was mad then just told me '' a custumer put the tag on it''. Bit sad for that cuz really liked the brand

Heel fell of my Wild Rhino Blake Leather Sneaker with minimal weekend use over a 6 month period. I was informed that ‘wear and tear’ was the reason a chunk of the heel just broke away from the shoe, a chunk which clearly had no glue on it, as per my photo. Won’t buy them again or recommend them to anyone.

I was at Uni Hill and went into the last shoe store hoping to find something. I was out looking for shoes most of the afternoon and finally I strike gold.I never heard of Wild Rhino before and I really liked their shoes there. They are of very good quality. Shay was great guy and assisted me in finding the right shoes. I recommend to go and check their shoes out.

Excellent quality, insanely comfortable! I had purchased two pairs for hubby & he raved about the comfort, so was stoked to see they stock womens shoes too. The boots were a bit darker than shown in photo, but I still love em :) Would like to see some more 'less casual' styles so I can purchase for work. Will definitely be back to purchase again.

I love the aesthetic and quality of Wild Rhino shoes but I've now owned 3 different pairs of shoes and each one has either significantly or superficially damaged my feet. I think a bit more care needs to be applied to potential rub points on the shoes and how the material may affect the actual foot. Apart from that they are superior shoes.

I recieved a pair of wild rhinos boots, and i absolutely love wearing them. With such beautiful craftship and comfort, i dont know any other brand that can match this quality. Great job!

My husband bought his first pair of Wild Rhino shoes over 10 years ago, initially he only wore them for good but as time went on he found them so comfortable he started wearing them every day. I finally got around to getting him a new pair, you should have seen his face light up!! The old one's wore so well they were still intact they just had next to no tread from the kilometers they have walked. The best shoes he's ever had. Thank you.
