How do you give negative stars? I said specifically and clearly “keep the top long and curly” so he proceeds to keep adjusting and adjusting until I had hardly any hair on my head. They didn’t listen and this is the 3rd time this has happened. Then when I said I’d pay by card they walked me across the center to their other hairdresser i didn’t know they owned both. Because the other barber did the same thing to me a few months ago. They didn’t listen to what I asked and had no clue what they were doing. This was the worst experience and to drive me to the point of leaving a review should go to show they ticked me off. Absolutely horrendous service and failure to listen to the one and only request I made. Do not go here because all they know is how to shave you down to nothing

$30 for literally 90 second trim. Almost unbelievably bad.

Very disappointed. A word of advice. Listen to what the customer wants. Perhaps acknowledge the customer and tell them as you are going along what you are doing, not talk amongst yourselves. My son felt very unwelcome there, no interaction with him, and whatever was being said was in another language anyway. I asked for my son's hair to be thinned out and a trim to just above the shoulders. He now has a bob haircut just below his ears (that I could have done at home myself as it was just like a bowl cut) with absolutely no regard to the style he had and just needed a trim of, and no thinning of his hair whatsoever. It's so much shorter than we asked for as well. I now have to try to fix it. And perhaps put a up a sign saying cash only or inform clients prior to their cuts.

Twice went in to get hair cut before the stated closing time.Twice they were only looking after the women. Person looking after the mens cuts had left early.Not a good look when you cant get a cut in time for an important event...poor

Very friendly stylists and always happy with end result of hair cut.

Staff are always cooperative and some even over try to please, good value.

Very fast service and staff very friendly On the down side I thought it was a bit expensive for 10 minutes work

Hey guys what's happening, I came in on Wednesday (24/8), the lights were on but no one was there. Are you still there? The only hairdresser I have been going to for years.
