Prices Plus seems to be leading the large format discount stores in customer service over the mast few years clearly putting pressure on their main competitor. Great selection of tools, kids toys and accessories. The team members are polite and happy to help. We did have one issue with an item however the team were more than accommodating with a replacement and without a hassle whatsoever. Friends of mine say when you call, they'll happily walk the floor to ensure its in stock when you arrive.

Awesome store Laura is so beautiful and very polite with a beeming smile always helpful and answers in phone very well.Big thanks to Tracey she is one helpful person and has the shop looking great .I've brought 120,90, litre containers lost count , electric blankets if one fails there's a back up great Range of stuff.just keep me away from the in lolly ilse.well done everyone.
