Dear Sirs,I had taken an audio show prepared by narrowcasters for the crystal gallery etc at Udaipur. But to my dismay the instrument was given to me in an unhygienic condition. The ear phones cover had been used since the day began and they would not change it till for the next day. This was told to me that i use the same and they change it only once in a day. This is not acceptable as the charges for using the instrument was also a good sum . But even if the charges are not much yet the change of ear phone cover or some other way to ensure hygiene is mandatory.Pls look into this .The approximate time of our travel was thrid week of February 2013.

My trip to Tuol Sleng (S21) in Phnom Penh was made all the more worthwhile by the audio tour that is available to all tourists. The beautiful way in which it is presented together with the amazing content make it a must. In a short time the tour added so much to my knowledge of this fascinating and tragic place.
