The Coaching Zone Ferntree Gully is highly recommended.The staff are absolutely wonderful, extremely supportive and encouraging.No matter how I was feeling the motivation and positive attitude of everyone made a huge difference.The Coaching Zone Ferntree Gully is a great place to work out, lots of fun, laughs and smiles, very inclusive of all regardless of shape, size, age or fitness level.They are always there to help and support.You don't need to look any further than The Coaching Zone if you are ready to make a positive change for yourself and have fun while doing it.

Fitness Foundry Ferntree Gully
Where do I start? By far best environment to train. Shane has nailed it when organising space and staff. People all ages and different strengths train together as a family/community. Encouraged to be and do the best our bodies allow us to achieve. Exercises can be modified or intensified during class. Trainers walk around each class making sure we are doing exercises correctly so we don't harm ourselves. We wear heart monitors so we know when we are in correct zone on wallboard. No shaming. Comfortable to be me. I'm 55 and love this place so much. It's my sanity. So glad I found YOU ALL XXXX

I’ve trained at other gyms in the area before and fitness foundry is a standout! The coaches are amazing and the vibe is amazing! If you want to have fun while training this is the place to go!!

Fitness Foundry Ferntree Gully
Have to get somewhat back into shape after our extended lockdowns , finally got motivated and signed up with Shane at FTG coaching zone after seeing them on FB. Cannot be happier with the friendly knowledgable staff, fellow class participants are super friendly and i cannot not recommend FTG coaching zone highly enough. I leave each training session knowing ive made the right choice with Shane and the team.

I would highly recommend Fitness Foundry Ferntree Gully, I have found that it’s the only gym I have stayed with for a long period of time. The coaches are amazing, they make you feel welcome, they keep you motivated and assist you if you happen to have injuries. The people who exercise in the classes are like a family with lots of encouragement and support. I have really enjoyed being part of this Fit Family and recommend it for anyone who is looking at improving their health and fitness.

Living in a land girt by sea, we are all familiar with the power of the Shark.But a scarcely known fact about the shark is that it shares a lot of similar traits with those who commit to Fitness Foundry.While Shane and the team may not be apex predators of the ocean, just like a Shark, they are only capable of moving in one direction, forward.
