My doctor is excellent, BUT the wait times can be ridiculous. Anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour, for appointments that are paid for. It really is super difficult to fit a quick one in during my work day. Better time management perhaps? Or adherence to appointment times and requesting a patient to come back if they fail to book a double when they have multiple issues to discuss. I don't know, but it's not ok to waste peoples time like this.

This medical clinic is awesome. Their professionalism struck me as first class from the minute the phone was answered, when I rang for an appointment. I experienced great courtesy, concern and care. It is a calm environment in which to wait, and I noticed that the receptionist anticipated and was forthcoming in explaining short delays. Great attitude all round! I applaud you.

The receptionist was so friendly which is not always the case in medical Center and I did not have to wait super long past my appointment time to be seen. I also got an appointment within an hour of calling on a Sunday.

Dr Justyna Powierza is amazing! Best GP I’ve ever had. She is thorough, takes time to explain, puts in place a plan and even follows up. Incredible professional and an elite doctor - we need more like her

I go there when I'm sick, can't say I've had wonderful experiences more mediocre. Don't have a regular GP. Generally you feel rushed through ur appointment. Just the usual conveyor belt healthcare services...NEXT!......" Oh and be prepared for the obligatory waiting room experience. Thankfully there's a TV to distract people."

It’s a doctors office, boring. Had a relatively good experience. Got in on a cancelation, was called in 15 minutes after appointment time. Dr was polite and caring. Office could use a little warmth. Front office staff accommodating.

All the drs I deal with at BFMC are great. I can usually get an appointment straightaway. I hope this new Labor government sort out bulk billing.I would add, like other reviews the front office staff are not great but this depends on who you deal with.
