Ultra Tune Rouse Hill

My car wouldn’t start, dead battery. I rang Ultra Tune and spoke to Harry. He said he would come to where I live and replace the battery. This was the best service I have received. I really appreciated being looked after in this way as it doesn’t seem to happen too often nowadays. I have and will always recommend Ultra Tune Rouse Hill.

Very disappointed with the customer service Today at Ultra Tune Rouse Hill. I dropped my car this morning for the light bulb/headlights to be replaced for my Mazda 3 sp25 2016 (low and high beams aren’t working). 30 min later after I left the car there, I got a call from them confirming the cost of fixing the lights (around $280).. when I asked if she could please double check with the technician if there is only one bulb needed for both low and high beams, she said… I have already told you it is for both..! .. Then I said, that when I talked to Mazda (and also from the car manual) they said there should be two light bulbs and that’s the reason why I wanted to confirm with her, as I didn’t want to have any surprises with the cost after. She then just said, you can take it to Mazda then, come and pick up your keys.! (I found that very rude)I understand dealing with customers sometimes could be very stressful and one can lose their patients very quickly, but I really think this situation could have been handled better. In my case, I don’t think I will be taking any of my cars back there, not that they will mind that anyway.

Ultra tune did a rego check and an annual service on my 2007 VE SS Ute. My son recommended them after my looooong time mechanic left the business. They do very good work, prices are average, but seem to know what they're doing. I don't know them very well yet, hence 4 stars instead of 5. I'll definitely stick with them.

We take all 3 cars to the team for services and and repairs or faults, including tyres. We won’t trust anywhere else with our vehicles. The receptionist is amazing, always helpful with loads of experience, always able to help out. Their prices are reasonable too. We’ve been going there for years now.
