Store is always clean and well presented. There is always plenty of stock and I have never had a problem with parking. I would like to give an enormous compliment to Wendy at the self service checkouts who found my iPhone 14 that I had dropped. Wendy (NZ Wendy, there are two Wendy’s) kept it safe for me and verified it was mine before handling it back. I observed Wendy before I lost my iPhone, she had total patience and excellent customer service skills. Thank you so much Wendy!

some fresh" food is rotten. I got a coconut and pomegranate the other day and they were all rotten on the inside. Other than that

Stuff all over the floor and management there appears to be a joke. Five staff sitting out the front in the carpark. I could have walked out with anything I liked, not a staff member in sight at the self service area nor anyone on a counter. Think they need new management by the looks! Worst service I've ever seen and half the staff fake falls to claim on Insurance.

Very busy, mostly staff with boxes everywhere working in aisles. Was looking at hair dye and it was quite difficult to figure out what was what because shelves where very messy and lots of items in wrong place.Lady on self service checkout was nice and helpful tho.

Place is just enough. Sometimes low or no stock. I like to shake the people up when I go there. I think they either hate their job or need a holiday! In comes me all bubbly ... haha
