Very rude staff!.Tried to exchange brand new sandles that were stretched. The Asian woman repeating her self five times that I couldn’t return. Then abused me. Never go back prices are very high for plastic shoes.

Amazing customer service and experience , they actually listen to what you want and go over and beyond to try and do anything to help…. Trust me, I have a size 42 ladies and very hard to fit ! I would travel miles just to go to this store . Jayce the manager runs this store like a pro and I have been in customer service all my working career and hold it in high regards credit should be given where credit due! Thank you also to Cassanadra the other day who took my call and saved me in a work delima of a broken show and had all options ready to go when I got there….my fav show shop 100 times over !Thank you Sammi

BEWARE. I bought a pair of $450 high heeled over the knee boots. They felt a bit too small so I brought them back in store. The retail assistant told me I could wear them with a thin stocking and that they would stretch so I did wear them with a thin stocking on my first outing with them, however this provided my feet NO protection and the shoe rubbed against all my foot bones. This caused a flare of 4 bunions and bursitis and I couldn’t walk properly for 3 weeks because of the pain. I phoned customer support and they were not helpful at all stating that shoes will provide some level of discomfort and to put my experience in the same category as “discomfort” was insulting. I’ve since had to see two podiatrists and sell all of my shoes as it’s left me with huge bursitis/bony bumps that I didn’t have before. I won’t spend another cent at Jo Mercer.

I had the pleasure of being looked after by Dawn recently, both over the phone and in store.A delightful lady who was friendly, professional and helpful with tips on caring for my beautiful new boots I purchased.Look forward to returning for my next purchase!

I would like to personally and publicly thank Dawn at the Marion store for her incredible customer service. I called the store and spoke to Dawn and explained that I was unable to collect my shoes. I asked if I could have the shoes delivered instead. Dawn had such a lovely and understanding phone manner. I gave my address and Dawn realised we lived close to one another and offered to deliver the shoes personally after her shift. I can’t thank you enough. Dawn, you have reminded me why shopping in a store is more rewarding than buying online. Thank you for your outstanding customer service. You have made my day!

Excellent service from moment of entry. Knowledge base wonderful. Fell in love with my boots on fitting. Upsell offered but no pressure.

The shoes are definitely quality but the customer service is just brilliant. Keep it up!
