H&R Block Tax Accountants - Epping VIC

Made us wait longer than needed even with a booking , and have been waiting on tax return for over a month when we were told to expect it between 2 weeks for the tax return to be refunded ……. This is disgusting and no way to handle business! Especially when it comes to peoples taxes !

Excellent Customer Service, nothing is ever too hard, and all our matters got sorted. Bindhu was our accountant, and she is honestly the best! Thankyou.

Had 8 Tax returns to do & was still hit with the normal yearly rate. Person rude & very unfriendly even took a personal call while I was with here. As a tax merchant you would think they would no what can be claimed & want can`t

I don't understand all the negative reviews - my experience over the last three years has been excellent. Professional, friendly, fast turnaround time and they do everything they can to help. They are knowledgeable and treat you like a person than a number. I'm going back to have my tax processed with them this year, highly recommend and honestly, I'm at a loss as to the bad reviews! After three years each time with a different staff member I'm sure by now I would have a negative experience if they were not good, but not so. I wouldn't go anywhere else :)

Terrible service. Never answer phone and emails. I ended up having to chase her up all the time. Don't bother to use she’s service. Price was 340$ for do nothing .I am very DISAPPOINTED at her service. Will never use this lady again.never ever.

Very easy to get an appointment quickly online but after the visit will not lodge the tax return after multiple visits to query why, do not answer the phone and when you go instore to question what is happening they can't give you an answer and leave you waiting in the waiting room, not happy

Not only was my refund calculated incorrectly, I was lied to, I had to follow my return up through My Gov, I was told I needed to wait 10 days to get my $199 I was charged for their fee so I can go somewhere else to completed my taxes. I would understand if they got it wrong by a couple a hundred dollars not a few thousand dollars. I will not be returning and will no longer recommend them. Their services are not worth their fees.

I read these reviews and found them so UNTRUE with my experience today.i found them so professional. Understanding we communicated so well.i strongly recommend. And some people are the problem.NOT HR BLOCK.

I cannot stress on how much of a bad service I’d received from H&R Block in Epping. I had been ripped off that I had to pay a lot of money, when it could have been easily rectified. To make things worse, the accountant who did my tax return did not follow me up, and I had to keep calling in order to see progress. I do my tax now with a lot more competent accountant and have zero issues. To those who are wanting to have H&R Block’s service during the upcoming end of financial year, I warn you not to waste your time and money. To those who are at loss about why H&R Block gets bad reviews, as they have been getting a good service, you just have not found the best accountant just yet. Please look for another.

Worst service we ever had. Absolutely rip you off. Will not RECOMMEND to anyone.
