I went in this morning to book a blow wave. As soon as I walked in a lady with dread locks who was with a client, sitting down, asks me what she can help me with, she had the rudest attitude like I was an inconvenience for even walking in. I got the worst vibe from her after that l, however I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. so I proceeded to ask her about what I wanted. She replied really rudely once again with how much the blow wave would cost me. I said I’ll call and book, she then says you can book now it’ll be the same when you call I’ll still have to walk up to get the phone!!! As if to say I’ll be interrupting her anyway. She was the rudest person I’ve come across, hey lady if your attitude stinks like that everyday maybe you shouldn’t be in a customer facing job!!! Kosa hair you’ve lost a paying customer.

Ned is fantastic! He listens to exactly what you want done. It’s clean, spacious, and we always come out happy. Sam is great, and she does excellent braids and plats very quickly!We love this place!

People!!!!!! This is the best Hair Salon I have ever been to!!!I will not go anywhere else. I’m so fussy about my hair ‘ only the Best will do’!I have been going here for 9 years and I have the owner Christina do my hair. The reason I am writing ✍️ this review is I went here last Monday and had my hair foiled and I have had non stop compliments from strangers and people wanting to know who did my hair!Kosa hair is professional courteous friendly and caring- never in a hurry and prices are very reasonable! Like I said ‘ I won’t go anywhere else!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Cannot thank these girls enough, went to another hair dresser that botched my hair cut. Called asking if there was anything available in the next coming days for someone to have alook, told me to come straight down. Even though it's shorter then what I would normally get I love it! They fixed my hair cut and it looks amazing now. Cannot thank them another. New hair dresser from now on.

Molly is amazing! I came in with botched hair, scared for a hairdresser to ever touch my hair again and she worked a miracle! She was so patient and worked so hard to keep my hair healthy. Thank you so so much Molly!
