I never even got to meet a psychologist as whoever deals with enquiries failed at getting me booked in. Firstly I emailed and got a response weeks later saying my email had gone to junk mail. After I said it was fine and could they book me in, it took another week for them to respond and tell me that the person I wanted to see only worked part time. I confirmed my availability that aligned to which psychologists were available, and asked to be booked in again.I have since followed up 3 times over the course of the last week and had no response! Trust me, if the initial experience is this bad While they are trying to get you to see someone in the practice, then I can only imagine how bad it will be once you are on board.What a waste of time!
