The Gecko Gang

We waiting in line for an hour to only be sent off as the face painters time was up in 5 minutes. I understand they have a finish time though some warning to people in line earlier would have been appreciated. Better customer service would have been to offer the three children left a simple small quick design especially that they had been waiting an hour or actually looking at the line 20 minutes earlier and letting the back of the line know there wouldn’t be enough time not wait until 5 mins before finish time and when the line only had three children left to send them off. As a mother and buisiness owner who deals with children this was disappointing,

Absolute terrible customer service. Probably the worst I have ever come across! I tried to book them for my child's Birthday party, but every time I contacted them via email it literally took them a whole week to get back to me. When I tried calling them, there was no answer... ever. Not only that, but they also changed all the prices of their packages. So they were advertising various packages on their website for a certain cost, but when I finally did hear back from them in one of their few emails they had changed all their prices, saying they had trouble uploading it to their website".. Ridiculous! You can't advertising something but then charge a different fee at the check out. Eventually I had enough and decided to go with another company which was the best decision I ever made. I certainly DO NOT recommend these guys to anyone. It's a waste of time trying to communicate with them and a whole lot of frustration!!! There are so many other companies out there that can do a much better job and can actually provide the proper service.."

I would not recommend the Gecko Gang, the customer service is the worst, I emailed and called them over 10 times about our event and left messages, to go through the options and confirm details and payment and they did not return my call once and one of the numbers is disconnected. They also said in a return email that some of my emails went to junk mail so that's why they hadn't responded. They did actually turn up on the day but we had no confirmation that they would and we didn't know if they would at all. It is no way to run a business and they shouldn't accept the volume of orders if they can't handle the work. One phone call with a real person would have made all the difference to provide confidence and that anyone would turn up. I will not use them again or recommend them.

The team was amazing, super friendly. In particular AJ, Mae and Ava were completely understanding and fantastic. Thank you to everyone who made it so special xoxo

I had booked a jumping castle for my daughter's 6th birthday party and they didn't show up. I sent an email a week before the party to confirm and they told me I was all booked in, I then called them 2 days out and left a voicemail. I have not heard from them since.I would not recommend the gecko gang!

Thank you so much for the face painting and party games at my daughter's birthday party. The children had a great time and it took the entertainment pressure off me.

The Gecko Gang provided entertainment to the kids at our wedding recently with face painting, glitter tattoos, balloon modelling and games keeping them occupied for hours! The parents were just as happy being able to relax knowing their kids were in good hands. We would definitely recommend and use the Gecko Gang for future events.
