Bought my shoes online via their new web store even though I live nearby. Good range of sizes and a good price with a few discounted older models of shoes available in some sizes. Prompt and personalised delivery. Would use them again, it was actually cheaper and more convenient than ‘big brand’ online retailers.

Went in with the other half to support her in purchasing some new clothing and got chatting to one of the sales staff about my woes with some premium stability shoes sold to me by a chain store with fancy fitting technology. With no guarantee I was going to buy anything, she took the time to have a quick look at my gait and advised me to go for some more flexible shoes - they also happened to be cheaper, which was handy. I decided to buy the suggested shoes there and then as the advice was sound - it has made a huge difference and I'm really enjoying running again. I will be using these guys for future advice and purchases.

Helped me find great walking and running shoes which support my foot type. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is an ideal shop for professional yet personalised service - especially if one orders regularly, and suitable if suffering from chronic foot injuries. I know what to expect from them in terms of slides and running shoes - they've worked hard to get me a refund on my Mizuno shoes due to a manufacturer issue and a brand new pair was obtained from Mizuno because I liked that particular pair of shoes and wanted to use my refund to replace them and see if Mizuno had improved and that has been a great purchase ever since. Of course, in terms of chronic foot injuries, I kept my last pair of Mizuno shoes and simply used them whilst waiting for the refund to be approved - as InTraining staff had to send the new pair back to Mizuno which is a lengthy process. For store access, parking is okay beside Cat and Fiddle Shopping Centre, and, it's easy to get a parking space on nearby streets off Morley Street as well - but nearby shops do get busy so hopefully knowing that parking on street is an option for customers is a useful fact to consider.

My wife needed shoes for a gym. The young fella helped us was really helpful and sophisticated. Sounds unusual but we started our shopping with running on bare foot. Long story short he helped her got the perfect shoes. One thing I was sceptical though was that there was no prices presented in the shelves so we had to count on their honesty and it turned out one of our favourite shopping experiences. We will definitely come back for next shoes.

Still haven't received my free running light from the Twilight Run last year . They promise free stuff that never arrives as they get it cheap from China and order at the last minute. Events get cancelled and rescheduled all the time. Running School start dates change all the time. Very unprofessional.

If there was a 0 star it would be more accurate. So rude!My son won a $100 voucher - so excited to buy a new pair of runners - but has grown so need to try on.I’ve just had major surgery -unable to drive for 6 weeks - and explained this - and asked for a small extension.Answer was “I’m sorry we can’t extend the voucher” - I reiterated that I’m unable to drive a car for 6 weeks, he needs to try shoes on and I need to arrange someone to drive him to Brisbane - answer “I’m sorry we can’t extend the voucher” …and then THEY HUNG UP!!!Appalling. I’ve never written a negative review before - but this “customer service” person was awfully rude.ALSOOn top of the bad experience - I wrote a Facebook review - and assuming since it was negative - THEY DELETED IT!!! Cowardice.

Hopefully caught them on bad day but had a really bad experience. No greeting as we entered the store even though we were the only people in there. Asked for help only to be told bluntly they didn’t have what I needed, didn’t suggest any other viable options. It was quite awkward and didn’t feel comfortable to ask about any of the other shoes on display. Disappointing as I had a really great experience with them in their old store.

The sales staff are brilliant. Such a wealth of personal experience. I have never been disappointed with my shoes from there. Doug is a great physio/podiatrist too.
