Paradise Road Early Learning

Being working here for 3 months as manager and it is such a beautiful service. Dedicated caring staff and wonderful food cooked fresh by an onsite chef.

My children have been attending this Center for the last 6 years my youngest is in her finally year now and has been there since the nursery.When ever I have a problem the staff are always happy to help I had problem Aires with my ccs and Kylie sorted that problem for my and has never pushed me to feel uncomfortable about it . It’s always a happy place and nice to walk and and have a staff member greet you by name and ask how you are today i am happy to say I feel like a big family here and love the way my children are treated great job

I have to change my review for this Child care. I have paid all the payment and they still ask me for money after 2 years, never send your kids there if this is your only option make sure you have a receipt and an email confirmation as well. the new management always trying to rep you off. they give our name to date collection and we have send them all the paper work and payment according to their payment we paid the amount we owe but I don't know after 2 years we still owe them money. very bad experience in term of management. I have to change my stare rating as well.

I've had both my children through the Paradise Road Early Learning center over the last seven years. There are multiple positives; 1. The facilities are fantastic and breakdown to accommodate children as they progress through the years. 2. Staff education methods allow for flexibility with kids who wouldn't otherwise be as engaging or have long attention spans. 3. The staff are accommodating and take on feedback/requests constructively - getting to know both parents/children in the process. 4. Facility security is first rate, with high gated and concrete walls (in case your child takes after Tarzan). 5. Flexibility for kids with special needs is fantastic and the staff willingly work alongside NDIS/ECDP on request. In summary, I've never once sent either of my kids to PREL and left concerned or anxious for their well being (if anything, I've felt sorry for the staff some days!). Thank you again, to the staff who have tended to my two over the years, all the care, attention and collaboration will not be forgotten.

Such an outstanding service! All the educators are AWESOME, experienced & professional. They all go above & beyond, not only are they amazing teachers but the entire team have a welcoming, nurturing special touch. Finding a centre like this is very rare. Miss Kylie the director has been with the centre just shy of a year & she has already done such extraordinary things, very lucky to have her & also super excited to see what the future holds with such great management!!!To the entire team keep up the amazing work & thank you for being a home away from home for all of our children.

Highly recommend this place! The two boys i sent there have made some amazing connections with their teachers and all their friends. The communication has been amazing and they have always helped when we have had any troubles. Such a friendly family environment!!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACEYoung growing kids need full Nutritional meals everyday here kids are been given Sandwichs Every secound day we were told every other Center do the same what a load of rubbish Kylie!Arrange for bus pick up they were good for 2weeks onlyWe were told have to be ready on time etc etc3rd week nobody turned up no phone call to say running late etc we rang up they said she coming now ,30mins later still know show ending we had to drop the kids of no apologies nothing shows how low standard this place is!!"Aweek later we received a email saying staff away etc went to pick our child that day for 7hours his dipper wasn't changed absolutely disgraceful we were told parent shouldve notifyed staff on the day his been going the for 2months how do you not know your students blaming the parents how low is that hey!!?Now motherdays comes the service/activities they provided on the day for mums was like being at a funeral we have more fun at Macs breaky to be honestSo we decided this place is not up to Quality OfLifestyle StandardsWe canceled

Wouldn’t take my son anywhere else, staff are very professional, excellent at their jobs, extremely helpful & easy to communicate with.Food is amazing & nutritious the smell coming from the kitchen every day makes me want to stay for lunch!! Love being able to see what my son gets up to daily. Such a great centre.

Loving management, educators, children and families. Paradise Road is truly one big family. Whilst we (the staff) are absolutely human, I can honestly say we strive to provide the utmost care and professionalism. Kylie is also beyond amazing!
