This florist does not deserve one star!you should be able to leave no stars..the worst experience with a florist ever.the flowers were dead, when found.The person who ordered the flowers wondered why I never said anything about their flowers, so I went looking for them. they where left in heat all day from morning till early night. (on one of the hottest days)no phone call to me, as they had been supplied it and I was also home all day to receive.all this was discussed with the florist owner angela, of brassall florist and she did not care at all.so the person had to buy me another bunch of flowers and personally deliver it. very upsetting the money they wasted.this florist I DO NOT RECOMMEND..Go to any florist then this one.they didnt even refund or supply a replacement bunch......also worst customer experience when ringing about my grievence, they dont care once they have your money!

I recently visited this place looking for some flowers for my partner. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and detailed in finding out exactly what my partner liked including types of flowers, colours, if It was going to be a centre piece or placed against a wall, and the price I was happy to spend. After a brief chat she was happy she knew what I was looking for and that it would be ready in a couple of hours. Upon my return I was met with an incredibly beautiful arrangement of flowers that exceeded my expectations. She then went out of her way to help create the perfect card to go with it. Let's just say my partner was over the moon when she saw the flowers, and I can't rate my experience here high enough. I strongly recommend and will be a return customer.

I wanted to buy some lillies for my wife on Valentine's day and they wouldn't sell them to me because they could do them up with 2 candles and get 3times the price for them.so did not help me at all in fact I felt like I was shopping at a massive corporation that has no care for their customers.

Went here for a floral arrangement for a memorial service. The lady I spoke to on the phone was amazing, as were the ladies in store upon pickup. They did an amazing job on the arrangements we ordered. Were extremely helpful in the type of floral design we wanted and created 2 perfect arrangements exceeding expectation. Highly recommend. Will be a return customer for sure. Obviously paying more for flowers than you would a supermarket etc as its a florist, but its more than worth it for the service and care. Definately support a small local business like this one.
