Great price good customer service. Would of gave 5 stars but I brought a item worth over 3k I would expect better packaging and the certification was just a piece of paper they write on. Would like more of a detailed printed cert with some kind of stamp

Probably avoid this place we spent $1300 on a ring and it went back 3 times because diamonds kept falling out. The we were told to just not wear it. We demanded our money back which we got but I wouldn't go here.

Terrible experience with buying a ring. They gave us incorrect invoice and when ask for a new invoice their employee dont even know how to print new invoice. Very disappointed with sevice and not recommended to buy from here any longer.

Purchased a wedding ring, diamonds fell out within 18 months. Was abruptly told would have to pay to replace diamond as was outside 1 year warranty! Paid thousands didn’t expect such a poor quality product. Would have expected in the least for it to be inspected for either manufacturing fault or wear and tear - but nothing! Saleswoman extremely passive aggressive, disgraceful customer service. Poor quality product + rude sales staff = bad customer experience. Disgusted, pick up your game ZAMELS will never shop with you again after my experience. You're not interested in quality products or quality customer experience at all, selling products that aren't fit for purpose - wedding rings should last longer than 18 months.

Great jewelry store with beautiful jewelry and the best customer service. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and don’t mind going the extra mile to help you find exactly what you want. Highly recommended.
