This is the best gym I have ever been a member of. They put it a lot of time and effort with ever member so that they get results. Since joining I have lost over 20kg in 8 months.The owners and trainer are really nice people who I would call my friends.It's not just a gym it's a family. All the other member are great too.Do yourself a favour and join this gym

The best family gym around. Scotty and Susan are two of the best people around. The only let down is Joel left.But everything else is top notch

I would never have joined a gym if it weren't for this place. I am intimidated by the competitive and busy atmospheres of other gyms, but Fit for Life is a welcoming and accepting environment for people from all walks of life. Scott and the team run it like we are a family, I am always greeted kindly and feel comfortable asking for help. I really appreciate whats being done here and thank you guys for your support :)

The gym facility is amazing. The Personal Trainers are second to none. They have allowed me to reach my full potential in terms of reaching goals through their encouragement and support! It is great to have personal trainers that know to how to cater for the recipient! Thanks Scott and the team! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for those wanting to smash some goals!

Signed up for the 8 week challenge which was a success for me. Once I joined up for online personal training I was stood up at my assessment then my “personalised training plan” was a stock standard pre written plan that had no thought put into it whatsoever. I wasn’t asked once what works for me and what doesn’t nor what I do/don’t enjoy. I’m 3 weeks in and still haven’t been given an eating guide. Receiving responses is like pulling teeth and the engagement between myself and the trainer is almost non existent. I suggest looking elsewhere if you want real support.

Travelling Australia and found this great gym.... very reasonable casual rates and outside of the usual busy periods practically had the gym to myself..... thanks for looking after me.....

Great if you need a private gym.Took membership in mid Feb it was quiteAfter speaking to Anastasia a lovely lady who helped in enrolling us and could provide U a workout schedule if you needWas very friendly and helpfulShe said that they are usually busy but due to Covid it was quite.Limited and old equipments however most of them work as it shouldSince there are limited number of ppl you don't have to wait for others and if you need to workout without waiting for others it's the best placeAll the staff here are very friendlyThey do have supplements availableIn case you forget they do have one serving supplement and a vending machine with kitchen and free breakfast, toilet and showerOverall it's a nice private gym

Cannot recommend the gym highly enough, such a friendly atmosphere and you don’t ever feel judged, trainers are first class and highly approachable. Gym has an inferred sauna, shower, and toilets and community shared pantry which is such a great idea. Everytime you walk in you are greeted with a friendly smile and a positive attitude that makes you want to come back repeatedly, and they never are pushy, and if you need help they are always happy to help how ever they can. I have trained at many gyms over an 18 year weightlifting/strength training career and I can honestly say that this is the very best. The staff are amazing and the members are always happy and supportive of each other. My 2 kids (4 & 2) and I have always felt welcomed and accepted. Fit for life truly is a family gym where everyone of any fitness levels are welcomed and supported to reach their fitness goals what ever they might be.
