Great service offered by Empire Repair. I took my car in to repair the back doors and the car look brand new after the job. They even checked my battery life when the technician noticed the warning light was on. I would recommend them to anyone who’s after a great service with knowledgeable people.

I took my car to Empire last week, and I have never been so impressed with a mechanic and body workshop.I spoke with Matt extensively via email before taking my car in, and he was very happy to answer my questions and book me in straight away - he was extremely polite, straightforward and responded promptly. I got to the workshop and it was clean, 100% professional and I felt safe leaving my car with them.They did an outstanding job on my pride and joy - amazing body repair, service and detailing. I will be sticking with these guys. They're a wonderful team.

Never seen an operation like empire. These guys run a business based on service and perfection. if your a car enthusiast or your just looking for a local trust worthy mechanic I would recommend these guys.I bought a brand new car and my wife smashed the rear bumper within the first week, with urgency the boys took on the job and at 7am and had the car back as new by 6pm that night ! loan car and all !I would recommend Empire to anyone, when I went to the shop they had an enormous variety of cars, motorbikes, even bicycles. It looked like these guys did everything from rally cars, 4 x 4 off road to your standard everyday family and luxury cars.Very happy with the price and service will always use and refer Empire.Good on ya guys keep up the good work!

Excellent service. My car had some problems, they fixed it very fast and professionally. Staff were very nice and friendly. Very good experience.

Don’t be fooled by the five star rating. They offer you $20 discount if you give them 5 star rating on Google. Their price is cheaper, but their work is not satisfying at all and you will end up spending more money and time fixing their flaws. Go elsewhere and pay a bit extra for a competent mechanic, it’ll spare you from all the frustration.

They did a great job on my vehicles' repair on body works and painting. They do help a lots on my claims and explain how to solve my problems when I'm still panicked. Thank you for their prompt services.

Extremely bad service should be without a star at all. The truth is they charge normal price with 70% work done only. And, the work quality is terrible. Plus rude service all the time once they get the job.I asked for one side car panel repair and repaint with agreed price in advance and booked in. Upon arrival, the business owner was extremally rude and said everything has agreed yet. I managed to settle the scope of works and price with him as I think they are still price it reasonable. His ongoing rude manner for every visit is terrible.However, the product I got is different from what I ordered. I found a lot of missing spots of missing paint and defects on the day of pickup and the business owner refuse to fix it. Argued for long and finally agreed to repair one main defect. Originally, I request to repaint fully side of car including door to ensure the color match, but the truth is they only did half. I found out the truth because the black paint turn in to grey color unevenly on the repaired panel after a week back on the road. The door is still on the beautiful black as usual. LoL .EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMAND THIS SHOP. If only 70% works done plus the rework cost by yourself, their price is extremely expensive and waste your time.

I have been here a number of times. First, it was to fix some hail damage and re-painting some sun damage areas. And recently I had my power windows repaired. They have always provided friendly and speedy service. Highly recommend!
