Harley Haber assistant sales manager in Blacktown Mazda was very Rude and very unprofessional in dealing with customers and he is unfit for the jobHe said this is my way of dealing things without respecting other colleagues offer also and take it or leave it as if we are buying from his own company forgetting that he is a employee and we are customers no respect and all the other employees are shocked with his behaviourWe want to take this matter to the appropriate authorities please

Known issue with Mazda infotainment system ghosting , randomly pushing buttons on its own. Called to get it resolved and been given the run around expect me to drop the car off and leave it for the day to do a software update which will somehow fix a moisture build up issue for the screen. Then failing that they tell me it will need a new screen for which they will need to apply to mazda to see if it will be covered, this is the process that MAZDA set probably to make it complicated. WHAT A WASTE OF EVERYONES TIME!! Mazda was it worth this review" - next time just own up to your manufacturing issue and resolve. Other countries extended their warranty program because they knew it was THEIR issue."

I have never experienced such utter disregard shown by such a large company!NEVER EVER buy a Mazda. EVER!We purchased a brand new 2016 BT50 and endured countless warranty issues from the moment we drove it out of the dealership. Now, just out of warranty, the motor blows up.Mazda Australia and Mazda Brookvale refuse to return calls or emails to update us on the claim. They have had the car for over 2 weeks! Our plant equipment to run our business is fixed to the ute, which they are fully aware of. In the meantime whilst they continue to ignore us, we cannot work.Mazda clearly think its ok to simply ignore customers and pass the buck between head office and the dealership.STAY AWAY FROM MAZDA!!!!!

I received a registered letter on Tuesday 11.4.23 regarding a safety recall that has been going since August 2022 (letter is dated the 21 March 2023) and it states that they have tried to contact me 3 times which I call BS as I haven’t moved nor changed any of my details, now what can I say about their customer service….NOTHING because there isn’t any. I would never ever buy another Mazda nor would I recommend them to even my worst enemy. If I could give NO STARS I would.

I recently came across a known fault for Mazda's 2009 onwards where the fuel tank is degraded and starts to fall apart. Mazda are stated due to the age of the vehicle (2010 model with 100,000kms on the clock)... things like this happen.Under the Australian Consumer Law, if something doesn't behave as expected, then there is due course for either money back, or they take liability to resolve the issue.Even a published forum article claims that a Mazda mechanic this was a known issue.Mazda, get your act together and take ownership of your faults!!! I will be fighting you all the way through court!! i promise you !Mazda's are unreliable in my opinion. They don't care for the consumer or what they have to say - they don't even call back to discuss the issue.See you in court!

Update***** Mazda AU not to blame. There was copper grease on the brakes, which is not found in the manufacturing process". Turns out the dealers use it to stop brake noises but didn't explicitly say the brakes were removed to do this.*********2017 CX5 brakes failed whilst driving. Foot pedal went soft so I tried the park brake which also failed (see photo). Brake fluid bled out after the calliper came loose. 45000 Km's on the odometer. Only serviced at the dealer on time every time and still under warranty. MA won't talk to the consumer

The worst customer service ever. If you buy a Mazda 2, expect endless aircon problems and Mazda will deny any responsibility! Will never buy another Mazda and would never recommend them to anyone!

Pathetic experience. Not helpful at all. My car air conditioning has failed not once but twice due to a manufacturing defect and they expect me drive without aircon putting my health and life at risk.

Next Gen Mazda 3 - Braking issue that caused damage to my tires, Mazda couldn't care a less. I will never in my life buy a Mazda again, let alone recommend the car to anyone! Mine caused an accident and 3 autonomous braking fails with no object infront of it leading to flatspots on my rear tires...Mazda just did the recall and claimed nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Nice Mazda, very nice

Paid $1534:00 for PARAMOUNT PACK AM and was assured of Lifetime Warranty. After many queries and personal visit to the dealership I have not received any certification of this.I was informed that this would be emailed to me directly by the company that applied this.I am being given a run around just to get this and now have established a belief that this was not done since there is nothing forthcoming.I would be grateful if this matter be given consideration and responded to.Expressing this due to not committing earnestly with the sales and verbal assurance that I would be provided the same by the installer.Money taken.....no evidence.....
