Steph was awesome!!! I went in there with so much pain that has been getting worse and worse for years. She helped so much and found sore spots I didn’t even know I had and helped them. Very knowledgeable about the muscles and really helped me a lot. Will definitely be returning!

I was recommended by a friend, and all I can say is this place is great. Super friendly atmosphere with amazing staff. Gemma was fantastic with treating the pains/tensions down my neck/traps/arms, that I've accumulated over time, and already it has made a big difference. I highly recommend this place 10/10!

First time I had tried acupuncture for lower back pain/spasms and it was incredible! I felt like my muscles were less tense and I was able to move around a lot better after the session. Britt was such a beautiful soul and I can’t recommend highly enough

Very caring and compassionate staff. My colonic experience was difficult but Clarissa was amazing and transformed my session right around so that it was almost enjoyable!I also had Chinese medicine with Lee who was also very compassionate with my fragile state. Left feeling so much better. Thank you both so very much.

I often go and see Chloe the myotherapist here. The building has a lovely feel, clean and well presented. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Very caring and professional staff. I enjoyed a Hydrating Elemental Facial with Clarissa and it was one of the best I've had for a long time. This will definitely become a regular occurrence for me.
