We have SSA service out septic system at my workplace and they are fantastic. Always organised, great communication, easy to deal with and follow all safety protocols both internal & external. I would highly recommend SSA to anyone needing the services they provide. Also the Service Reports come through all most immediately after the service.

The professionalism and customer service is fantastic. They undertook work for us in 2017 (installing a septic system) which was very good value and their service was courteous and efficient. In the nearly 5 years since we have had absolutely no problems. What really impressed me though was at that 5 year point when we needed some documentation for council in relation to an extension, we called up and the team could immediately bring up our documentation, confirm the work that was done and very quickly provided us a letter with the required details. This was in early January 2022 when most businesses I dealt with were either under enormous pressure with labour shortages or shut for holidays, but they were incredibly helpful. Thank you Leighton, Carolyn and Mychelle for being so responsive and lovely to deal with.

SSA are without doubt the most professional company I have ever dealt with. All of the staff are hard working, conscientious and efficient. Communications are excellent; and up to date. My front garden had to be leveled for the work, however the staff left it looking better than before. I received the utmost courtesy and help throughout the project. At least six stars are warranted.

SSA have been fantastic every step of the way in installing and servicing our septic system. They assisted in planning and council permits, installation was efficient and the site was left in a great condition afterwards. Servicing is prompt and the technicians have always been helpful on keeping the system running smoothly. Highly recommended 10/10

I rang SSA today to seek advice on a flooding problem with my septic system. I received excellent support from SSA staff resulting in me being able to resolve the issue myself. Both staff members I spoke to were very courteous and professional. Our experience with the servicing technicians since we installed our system two years ago is that they are of a similarly high standard.

Had such a positive experience with these guys, friendly and responsive service while booking, the tech (Dan) arrived when he said he would and was not only a genuinely nice guy but helped me (a complete newbie to septic systems) understand how it all works, what I need to look out for with my particular system, what is worth the time and $ of doing and what is not. He fixed my issue without fuss and gave me some real assurance that he'd be available for future advice when I inevitably forget all the good advice he already gave me. Absolutely would recommend SSA to anyone, 5 stars!

SSA are incredible! Every interaction I had with them was professional and helpful. From the office staff to the guys who came out to do the work - were fantastic. They all communicated brilliantly, and nothing was too much hassle. They were friendly, engaging, and went the extra-mile. The quality of their work was top shelf.
