All Saints Medical Centre

I have been a patient at All Saints for 20 years and have had appointments with all doctors. Dr Makery is our family doctor, seeing both the children and adults in the family. He is kind, patient and professional. He takes his time with his patients and is thorough.

I have been several times at the medical centre, I did not get the proper diagnosis, also doctor Saad Saleh did nit show a friendly and nice attitude towards me when I explained what I was asking for , don't waste your time and money to go there , look for a better medical centre.

I had an ultrasound done and went and saw Dr Saleh for the results. This was in October 2022. He said I was fine and nothing to worry about. Yesterday being January 27, I find out the report stated I have a serious problem. It was only that I asked for a copy of the report that I found this out! Where is the duty of care if there is a serious problem? I’m still trying to get an answer as to what I need to do from here!If I could give less stars I would! I’m so annoyed.

Dr assard sends my 99 year old mum to a pain clinic wasn't even speaking to my mum a visit only me so not going back now charging pensioners no bulk bill so the dollars appeal more to these people knowing how hard it is at the moment NOT GOOD.

Dr Saleh is useless, laziest and most apathetic doctor I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. Don’t waste your time, it’s no wonder he has so many vacant appointment slots.

Used to be very good but now they refuse to see you unless payment is made front.I am now stuck between a rock and a hard place .as my now retired GP transferred my files to this place, the young girl on the front is very rude and sarcastic.

Thank you, All Saints Medical Centre (Dr Makary, Dr Assaad and all the staff), for the care you are providing to me and my family for many years.I highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient at All Saints for many years and have seen many of the Drs on occasion when my regular Dr was not available. I have found them all to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I feel very secure in the fact that my records are held there and my records are available for any of the Drs to access. My family all attend All Saints on my recommendation and are very happy.

A few years ago I booked in with Dr Assaad for a six week post-partum check up for myself and for my baby's six week check up.He did all of the checks on my baby and then told me he was too skinny and that my breast milk was not sufficient and to top him up with formula (midwives were later horrified at his comments as my baby was well within the realm of a healthy weight)He was very busy and running behind so completely forgot about my appointment, I had to remind him. He quickly took my weight and blood pressure and that was it! I then voiced concern about abdominal separation, he made me do a sit-up and then told me he couldn't see a bulge but did no palpation (i then saw a post natal physio who confirmed i acutally DID have abdominal separation).

Have been coming to the practice now for several years. Have seen most of the doctors and have to say the level of care, compassion and knowledge from each is exceptional
