Brendan͏ was absolutely fantastic from the get go. He was recommended to me from someone in the field so I was confident in his ability but he far exceeded our expectations! He was honest with his appraisal and at no point did we feel we were getting a sales pitch. Unpleasant experience for a buyer - my partner received phone calls during very busy working hours to be rushed into bidding with another buyer. A later offer after work would not be accepted. So basically you need to make one of the biggest decisions in your life in less than 10 minutes over the phone. I'm happy that we didn't offer our maximum price when being pushed" at work."
