Professional Home Inspection
I would highly recommend the service provided by Craig at Professional Home Inspection. Craig was a huge help during our first build with reports for numerous stages and advise of things to raise with our builder to be rectified at each stage. He made himself available for inspections at short notice. Our last inspection we met with Craig on site and after completing his walk through was kind enough to offer other information to be aware of moving forward to keep the warranty of our build valid. We appreciate all the work done and helpful added information that Craig offered us.

I have engaged Craig's services twice as I have found him to be prompt and very knowledgable and informative in all areas of building, construction and compliance and this follows through in his reporting which he also includes photos to help you understand the findings and recommendations.
