BlueCare Emerald Avalon Aged Care Facility
Well-presented. Seems to have a good range of activities within the facility. Basic maintenance such as replacing light bulbs fall by the wayside and getting a simple medication such as Canestan “ordered” for an in-patient can take over 2 days to arrive/administer. The additional hospitality extended by staff to family visiting during final days went over and above and allowed for peaceful and stress-free goodbyes.
