A really good shopping experience buying a first guitar for my granddaughter. No idea what I was looking for but really helpful staff made the experience enjoyable. Great range, great prices and exceptional and friendly service. Even staying open for me as I was going to arrive after closing time. I've bought a bunch of stuff from these guys, including my first guitar and all the accessories for it.They have exceptional customer service, lots of knowledge, and will take the time to share it.It has been obvious to me that Tully is more interested in helping customers find the right instrument than in trying to up sell.After sales support has been excellent. I had a very minor vibration in one string of my guitar, mostly inaudible when playing, only bothering me as I'm awfully pedantic.They fixed it while I waited, treating my minor issue with seriousness. They're musos.I highly recommend this business.

I recently bought an Aria Nashville Tele Style Guitar on-line from MSM as a Bday Suprise for my Daughter as I could not find a similar spec guitar in her favorite colour locally. The team are so helpful and friendly. I needed my Taylor Mini serviced and they did an amazing job and were so quick to get it back to me. When it needed something minor fixed up afterwards, they did it no problems and were so kind about it. The service was also super affordable! I highly recommend and will be going to them for all my music needs.

Fantastic store and service! Our little boy was devastated that he damaged the amp connection on his guitar right before a long weekend as he plays every single day. At a moment's notice, these guys did all they could to help and had it ready and also restrung later that same afternoon, even though they were flat chat at the time. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. We will be back to purchase his first bass very soon. Thanks guys!
