The Noosa Apartments

Do not stay here. Read the reviews and spend a litte more for a 10× cleaner room and 10× more professional and hospitable staff. To preface, we booked to stay here for 3 nights with our baby. It's hot - we had the aircons on and all doors and windows closed at all times (except for when we arrived/left the apartment). On the first night large flying cockroaches came out (we killed 5). We thought that was the worst of it, maybe because no one had stayed there a while or or wasn't cleaned properly, so we didn't complain or notify the manager. On the second night, even more cockraoches came out, including one on the cot that our baby was sleeping in. We immediately killed what we could, and sent a message to the manager to ask if they could either let us change rooms, or have someone come spray the apartment while we were out. By 12pm the next day they still hadn't responded. We called the available mobile number, she was SO rude and unprofessional, implied we were LYING, said we couldn't change rooms, that she would drop off insect spray to our room,and that she would offer a part refund as we refused to sleep in there a third night with out baby. Hours later, she sent a message again implying we were lying, that if there are cockraoches its our fault for leaving the windows open (refer above, everything was always closed) and that no part refund will be offered. We decided to pack our bags and paid to stay at more reputable hotel for our last night. As we walked out the door, there was a bottle of mortien left outside - no knock, no guts to speak with us face-to-face, just absolutely shocking text messages. I promise you it is not worth staying here unless you enjoy sleeping in an apartment of cockraoches and being treated like trash by trash staff.

I am disgusted with the service of this apartment. We arrived on Wednesday mid-day. We booked two apartments side by side apartment seven was fine, but apartment six, which is the apartment I was staying in, had a disgusting smell as soon as we walked in; it also looked nothing like the photos they have on their website, and we had black feet from where the tiles and or carpet hadn't been cleaned. We went to check out the rooms and as we turned on the aircon in the master bedroom a live cockroach fell out of the aircon onto the bed. We then asked if they had any other rooms that we could stay in, and they responded by saying that we could have some cockroach spray. Then today, I got a call threatening that I need to pay a 50 dollars cleaning fee for leaving the rubbish in bags next to the counter, and the dishes weren't placed right in the dishwasher, or they would put me on a booking blacklist. She then told me she had photos of the rubbish she collected, which was, in fact, the rubbish we put in bags that we went and bought and put in a pile for them. think this service is disgusting, and they are trying to intimidate young holidaymakers so that they gain an extra profit. Safe to say i wont be staying here again or recommending it to anyone.

Apartment was dirty and didn’t look like the pictures advertised. We were straight away disgusted walking into our rooms that hadn’t looked cleaned properly at all, we had a cockroach fall onto the bed from the aircon that had mould all inside. Obviously a major health and safety issue we told the reception but nothing was done they only offered bug spray we didn’t even get. This place is a joke and will not be staying here again.

We went here for the weekend for my birthday, we arrived late Friday night. We were disappointed to find the apartment wasn't clean when we arrived, both toilets and the kitchen had clearly not been cleaned. The kitchen utensils and other items were also dirty and a leak under the sink made the place smell funny and damp.However we did like the location of this hotel we will probably try somewhere else near by next time.

Thoroughly enjoyed our family stay here. Easy 10min walk to Hastings St. Close to ferry stops. Two bed apartment was spacious. Nice pool and spa.
