I had been hearing scratching in my roof for a few weeks. I thought I could get rid of the problem myself with traps from Bunnings - but that did not work at all. Over time the situation got worse - I was hearing them in the day time as well! I called Kelvin based on a word of mouth recommendation. He was on time, super professional, and extremely knowledgable. He gave me info about the problem, his products he'd be using, and the timeframes for dealing with it. Kelvin made a plan to come by for a few weeks in a row. He was on time every single time. By the third week, there was no scratching! Kelvin got rid of the rats in our roof within 3 weeks. He came back a month after that just to check his equipment and baits. This again confirmed the problem was well and truly dealt with, and there is nothing living in my roof anymore. Yay - Problem solved! While he was here, he also solved a termite problem we had in the back fence. I've had someone out here every year 'treating' it, but they always just remained. Kelvin fixed that within a month as well. We have no termites and no rats. I would highly recommend Kelvin - he's the best best exterminator in Cairns.

I had a cockroach issue on one of our commercial tug boats that needed to be sorted before our next voyage.
