I stuffed up the dates by a week. When I rang Michael to find out why they weren’t there, he dropped everything and came with the wonderful Nick to help us out. Way above and beyond what might be expected. Not a word of criticism for my mistake just “how can we help you” we wouldn’t contemplate using any one else. Customer service second to none

Haven’t used them as removalists but had two of their trucks behind me swearing at me and then driving right behind me with no space just because i wouldn’t do a busy right hand turn until the road was clear. Apparently their delivery is more important than my life. Disgraceful road rage from their employees. They are probably friendly if you are paying them but not so much if you are not.

Renato and his team were just great with moving our all our furniture, pot plants, clothes and precious ornaments (and there was a lot - my wife of 48 years NEVER throws anything away) from our previous home of 12 years. Not even a scratch on the place we were leaving - same went for the place we were shifting to. Very professional, caring and non-intrusive and all done in time, on time and very affordable. Highly recommend this removalist - thanks guys - 10/10!

Nice 2 guys but scratched and damaged multiple pieces of furniture in the move. I'm also trying to find a missing screw from my standing fan I used all the time but can't now :(
