Drum n Bassersize
This is such a fun way to exercise. Shooshi is a great instructor, welcoming, full of energy and positivity. Not only is the class an amazing cardio workout it helps with co-ordination. At the end of each session I leave with a big smile on my face. It is definitely the highlight of my week and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I always finish this class on a high. Great energy, tunes, super workout, and Shoshi is a joy. I highly recommend this class if you want exercise to be fun

Drum n Bassersize
Drum n bassersize is a great cardio workout. The Tuesday night session throws a spanner into the working week. The music is easy old-school drum & bass with reggae and soul roots. I can't stop smiling, it's fun and Shoshi (aka Terra Bunny) makes me laugh with her high energy and grin as she chants the moves and so we follow. I always leave happy and revived.

Best cardio/strength class going - mad tunes mixed with a well-structured workout and a sprinkle of giggles. Perfect midweek system reboot!
