Rod and his team were good to deal with. What amazed me was their suggestion which is very helpful. Instead of taking off all the gutter guards, they offered a great deal by focusing on the dirty ones and the debris on top of other gutters with a competitive price. What a transformation!! My small home nestled closely to other dwellings doesn't get the sunlight on every facade hence some black mould & algae has developed. Crystall have done a superb job pressure washing each facade removing all remmants of the mould & algae freshening up the dwelling. Great value, on time, great comms. Highly impressive.

This organisation only has good home page and sales team, good at making promises but delivery is hopeless. Engaged them to clean roof of my double story house but they shifted the problem, that is cleaned my roof but all the algae, soil, etc. etc; has been left behind against the house walls, Fascia, Fence, Plants, External Air Condition Unit, Electrical Switchboard, External PowerPoints, Hot Water System, etc., etc. When asked to clean them as promised by the Salesman, they started threatening and quoting for additional soft cleaning.Also, the Cleaner came alone, was approximately 45 mins late, took regular smoke breaks at the premises, and did not observe working at heights safety measures at all.

Rodrigo cleaned our very dirty roof to 100% excellence, and everything was left clean afterwards. This is a professional, top-notch company. The end result far exceeded our expectations. We most highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Rodrigo and his team highly enough. Rodrigo visited my home, we discussed all the things that needed cleaning. He had his team around within a couple of weeks, delayed only due to bad weather. They literally cleaned my whole house including gutters, roof, walls, windows (inside and out) and fly screens that were is a sorry state. Nothing left unwashed. They had a high pressure water cleaner that brought my tiles back to life. I am so very happy with the service. They even called a day later to check that they didn't miss anything.
