I only use this pharmacy because of the convenience and amazing service that I get from Steve, Alex, Ivie and Rebecca. They are a dedicated caring team. Thank you for your assistance and warm welcome each time I visit.

Very Expensive. Nearly 2 times the price and did not accept return of the item which was bought 5 minutes prior by mistake. Not recommended. Staff was good.

Condescending, rude and accusatory. I suffer from chronic pain and was harangued and lectured by the Asian-looking pharmacist who then refused to fill my painkiller script. I was polite and courteous but made to feel dirty and like some sort of addict.Avoid like the plague.Disgraceful. Never again.

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy in the area.I’ve been here twice and regretted it both times. My first experience I was waiting to be served and overheard the customer ahead of me being spoken to in a completely unwarranted abrasive and patronising manner. I turned and walked out.It took me a year to give this Pharmacy another go and was just as appalled with the customer service the second time around. I don’t know if the lady behind the counter was the same one as last time but my experience this time was bad enough to never return. Who would have thought asking for no generic brands with my script would be so disruptive to their service. With no tact whatsoever I was abruptly asked “well what do you want then”. I explained I wanted whatever was prescribed just not in a pharmacy brand please and I was told they don’t have it and neither would anyone else in the area. This whole time she spoke to me like my impossible request was wasting her time, eye rolls and huffs (there was no other sign of life in the store, they were not busy whatsoever). In the end I took my script and went over the road to the pharmacy that was more than happy to oblige.

They don’t care about patients privacy. It was really bad experience there, I will never go back.
