awful place, incompetent, plus they are up on animal cruelty charges after killing birds with bait

Was reeled in by the website tooting hospital grade, eco friendly pest management. I should have asked more questions on the phone before they arrived, as all they did was put bait out which I could have got from Bunnings at a quarter of the price, and been a lot more careful with a dog on premise. Feeling like I need to go back and re-check where the bait was placed so the dog is safe, as the execution was very slap dash. And now expecting dead rodents in our walls. Odour will be the cherry on top, and exactly the opposite of why I chose to recruit an 'eco-friendly', 'hospital-grade' pest controller. I'll just do it myself next time.

They arrived promptly, were very friendly, very efficient and reasonably priced. I was completely satisfied. I thoroughly recommend.
