Lake Liddell Recreation Area
This place is pretty but does have an odd smell. Be aware that if you camp here that their are freight trains that go by regularly and can disturb your sleep. Toilet/shower block is clean.

Amazing place. Amazing view of the lake. Tents are set up everywhere along with caravans. Probably need permission to stay there. We loved the calmness of the place.

$10 pp per night for unpowered site.Drinking water available, showers and toilet block, playground, heaps of grassed area with great views. Slight hum of the power station and trains that come by which we didn’t mind at all.Also rock climbing, paint ball, laser tag, and go karts available.

Just pulled in for a wee and a cuppa on our way north. This is all you'd want to do there. It's also a camping ground but seems pretty drab.

Lake Liddell Recreation Area
Beautiful location with perfect weather and super friendly staff. The facilities were great and kept in good condition. It was a highlight location of our trip with close access to everything you could need within 15 minutes.This place also has an adventure park to keep the kids busy. We didn't find the guy that served us in the park when we went go carting overly friendly but he was rude.

Plenty of space to camp, cheap, friendly staff. Has go karts, rock climbing, paintball.Amenities currently getting renovated.Will recommend and we will be back.

Great place to walk the dogs. Lake is closed due to risk of meningitis. Breeding area for mossies. Trains go past all night. At $10 per person per night, bit expensive for unpowered site.

Serenity Serenity Serenity.Absolutely beautiful,very friendly folk here,facilities are extremely clean with hot showers,laundry, disability access all round and very pet friendly it's a 10 out of 5 for me.
