I recently put in a pool and needed some landscaping done around the pool. Kenchi gave a detailed quote for the work required and suggested some ideas for the project. Due to the ground level changes after the dig for the pool we had to change our plans and do some extra work. Kenchi was flexible and came up with some great design ideas that after completion look fantastic. The workers were very prompt and completed the work to a high standard and with care and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with completed project and I am happy to refer Kenchi to friends.

Ken and his crew have made the pool renovation seamless and everyone worked to the highest quality and boy can they clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend these guys From start to finish they were fantastic.

Ken and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Ken came out and discussed my ideas with me before providing a quote. He made a number of suggestions that not only made the outcome much better but also found ways to save myself money as well. He was extremely organised and communicated with me regularly and clearly so I always knew well in advance timeframes and when there would be work undertaken. Ken was hands on, checking all elements of the work himself and the end product is fantastic and we couldn't be happier.One example of Ken going above and beyond: we had some existing recent tiling done for a pool, he managed to get not only the same tiles but chased down the same batch of tile from interstate and have them shipped to us to get the best possible tile match.

We recently built a new home and were looking for a Landscaper who could take our place from bare earth to a completely finished garden. The task would involve design work, paving, retaining walls, concreting, edging, lawns gardens, outdoor showers and the list goes on. We were looking for one company to undertake the entire project. We went down the standard path of talking to a number of different landscapers. From the first conversion with Ken, it became clear to us that Kenchi would be our preferred way forward. We found Ken and his team to be professional and diligent in every aspect of their dealings with us. We found the quality of their work across all trades to be of the highest quality. We found every member of the Kenchi team fantastic to work with and in particular, we found Ken to be an excellent communicator. What an outstanding garden transformation Ken and his brilliant team have created for our new home. Removing old crowded trees, levelling the space, working with difficult access, keeping our townhouse shared spaces clean each day, building in new garden sections, a huge new deck, artificial grass, improved drainage, lighting and fencing. Ken and his team recently completed a complete renovation of our pool and deck area and the result is fantastic. From the initial quoting stage through to completion Ken and the team were professional and punctual in all aspect of their work. The quote was the most detailed and clear of all the Landscapers I spoke to, and consequently he was able to keep the whole project exactly on budget. Ken provided some good advice and insight on certain design aspects which helped us to arrive at an end product that really gives us what we wanted. All of the Kenchi team and related contractors were great guys and a pleasure to have working on our project. I'd highly recommend Kenchi for any landscaping or garden project.

We chose Kenchi because of all the positive reviews. And we finally got Ken over to give us a quote after several attempts, which is totally forgivable given how in demand he must be from reading the wonderful reviews for Kenchi.He seemed to know his stuff and made some suggestions for our small yard, which we followed. Ken sent us a quote for the job, which was going to take 3 days to complete. The quote was fine. We were happy to go ahead with the job and responded to the quote within an hour of receiving it enquiring about a warranty for materials and for clarification on a couple of clauses in the contract. Ken then responded telling us he was withdrawing his quote because he got a couple of large projects come in" that he wanted to focus on.I wanted to leave this review to express how disappointed we were with the timing of withdrawing his quote. The only thing more concerning than withdrawing a quote after a customer asks about a warranty and contract clauses is withdrawing a quote to take a bigger job - Especially given our job was only going to take 3 days to complete.We were really looking forward to the Kenchi experience that we read about in all these great reviews but were left disappointed
