Do not do business with this company! David is rude and very hard to work with. The review rating is overly inflated by bogus reviews. One review is by the owner Marilyn Day (5 stars) and a quick check of the other 5 stars reviews reveal how bogus the ratings are! All the bogus ratings are by family and friends of the company. A quick check of Marilyn Day's Face Book reveals the connections. Take a look for yourself and keep away!!!

DODGY BUSINESSMAN WITH INCREDIBLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP!!IF I COULD GIVE YOU A ZERO FOR MY REVIEW RATING I WOULD!!!!!!!Thousands of dollars wasted on a rusty fence that he blames on 'salty water'. The worst part of the rust is over brick pavement (we don't water that area of our front yard - OBVIOUSLY). We also do not have a sprinkler system (only a drip water system) so our fence is not even getting wet.... If he had done his job properly, this wouldn't even be an issue!!!!!!PLEASE IGNORE ANY RECENT POSITIVE REVIEWS FOR THIS BUSINESS!! They have only just gotten their fences done and I have NO DOUBT that in a year or two from now their fence will be rusting and they will no longer be happy with it.

Unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Poorest service. Their quote was the cheapest by far from the 4 we had. They took 3 weeks to erect the tubular fence due to incorrect measurements taken by David on the gate and the fence. The powder coated gate was 10cm too high and taken away, a day later a chop job was installed with spray paint. Extra holes were drilled into the brickwork of the front of our house, then filled and painted. Now the gate is rusting and we were told someone would be out to fix, that was over 6 months ago. Checking the other truthful reviews here there seems to be a trend and the only positive feedback looks to be from the company internal staff. Go elsewhere. If it were possible to give 0 stars I would.

Stay away. The manufacturing quality is fine, but the owner is very difficult to deal with if you have an issue. We wanted an extra bit of fence done. Had to call him multiple times over several months when he said he would come by when he could, until eventually he said he couldn't do it and proposed a couple of other places that could. When I did, the other place did it in under two weeks. Could have said this at the start.They really need some customer service training.

Contacted your company and asked if you do free quotes. Was informed depends on the job......Explained part of our dividing fence blew down in Sept storm, without providing more information was told we don't do repair jobs check back messenger for small fence repairer. I said also need quote for our front fence - not interested in that either and with that I was told no. Very dissappointing service what hapoened to customer service, thought support family owned business - well i thought wrong, you dont want our business. I dont want to deal with your company after that experience. Seems you did me a favour.

I recently had my electronic gates broken into and damaged beyond repair. I rang and spoke to MARILYN and she was so helpful and understanding of my situation. She made sure they were replaced new within the week so that my family and property were again secure. The installer was lovely and friendly and I even rang them back to thank them for the lovely prompt service and high quality work. I love the new gates !!

I rang for a quote and due to an error on who's part I do not know, I did not recieve a quote, I was not called back their claim that they had, there was no voice mail message left as I don't have a voice mail service- so his claim of calling is a complete lie. I actually asked why he had not called me at the time as having a 2 year old I sometimes don't hear the door.. I was put on hold with out being told after I politely asked to re book. I have Then be told I am not entitled to a second quote and DAVID has threatened to come to my adress for making this information public, as a woman and consumer I will not be threatened by a business that conducts themselves with such aggression.. As far as my conduct is concerned is not in question and its poor to see a business with a 25 year old reputation has not updated their customer service skills to suit the modern world. I would never deal with a company again that conducts them self in such a wayAnd I recommend others don't either. I have never been spoken to so poorly.He even went so far to tell me to get off the drugs" .. Slanderous accusations and threatsI have reported this to both the police and consumer affairs.Thanks for nothing prestige poolsI'm happy to use my $5000 budget else where"
