We had used another agency to build our website and eBay shop, had some issues with data that they where not able to fix. I was told to engage swift from a colleague who has used them. Very happy I did as they where able to fix the issues that the other agency wasn’t able to. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any one.

Have been dealing with Swift for about 3 months now with my ebay store for my business and so far so good. They made the transition easy and smoothCost for what you get is quite reasonable. System is easy to use and support has been good with only a couple little bugs which got sorted pretty much on the spot, there was NO down time at all for my ebay store which has around 1300 items listed.I might also add that my store was done on the week leading upto the Christmas Break and despite the fact they were about to close for 3 weeks for the break, they gave me contact details so if anything did go wrong (which it did not) during this time I could get an immediate resolution.Swift have also made other offers in relation to my direct online store and web site which I will in the future look at also taking to align my ebay store and online storeSince the upgrade I have had MANY regular customers comment on the new look and feel of the store. I have had a good increase in sales as well, not sure if this is a result of the store upgrade, the new stock I have introduced or a bit of both. Either way has helped my business greatly.I would recommend this company without hesitation, I did look at several companies at the time and Swift were the most responsive, proactive and helpful out of the lot of them. Swift from the start were up front about charges for work, when various payments would be due and how much.

I myself dealt with Monica as she was our account manager.We though this company was professional and delivered exactly what we wanted.It was a hassle free and easy process from start to finish.
