April and her team provided us with extraordinary service and divinely delicious food, catering for us with an amazing bespoke menu that was savoured by all from the first taste through to the last sweet mouthful and seamlessly allowing for everyone’s dietary requirements without anyone feeling like they were missing out in any way. Highest recommendations and I can’t wait for next time!

Aprils services were amazing!!!From the beginning April’s communication was prompt, friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help create the perfect menu for our family, Fussy eaters and children included.On the night the food was without question amazing.We would 100% book April again.

April cooked at our holiday house twice for our group of four, and she was professional, reliable and a delight! But most importantly, her food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend hiring April for your next catering event.

We had an absolute incredible experience with April for my 40th birthday in February! I set her the hard task of designing a menu that catered to a variety of allergies and even a vegan option. She not only rose to the occasion but she smashed it out of the park! Everything she made was exquisite. The king prawn laksa was hands down the best laksa was the best we've ever eaten and we've eaten Laksa in Malaysia. The vegan pavlova was so delicious I actually cried. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable April! The entire experience from start to finish deserves another 5 stars!

AMAZING!!Highly recommended hiring April to cater your next special occasion. April put together the most perfect menu for our wedding dinner based around our requests and it couldn’t have turned out more perfect. A mixture of fresh and cooked seafood and meats.April is extremely talented at what she does. She cooked the perfect amount that didn’t make you over eat but left a tiny taste of wishing you had more.Each course was presented so well and tasted even better. She provided a server - Simone who was just the most beautiful and warm soul to have apart of the meal. They were efficient, respectable and extremely clean.Thank you April and Simone for being such beautiful humans and being apart of our magical day! So glad we found you!

I had such a fabulous birthday picnic in Port Douglas, thanks to April's wonderful catering. We had a variety of dietary requests and April developed a delicious menu including generous servings of gourmet sandwiches, various salads, delicious dips, fresh fruit, sweet local prawns and charcuterie, which pleased everyone. Guests were still saying how good it was days later :)I could not have asked for a more special experience for my birthday- thanks April!

Incredible private chef experience!!!April catered catered a garden lunch for a group of 9 of us and we couldn't fault a thing. From start to finish the experience was flawless with five star service, high quality produce, amazing flavours and stunning presentation that exceeded all expectations.April catered to all dietary requirements with no hesitation and most importantly without compromising on flavour.If you're looking for a professional, creative and highly skilled chef in the Port Douglas region then I highly recommend. Very accommodating. I have many dietary requirements and I was included with a delicious 5 course menu that I thoroughly enjoyed. I'm not used to being catered for in such a way. Highly recommended.

April catered my birthday up in Cape Tribulation, she was very easy to work with, everyone absolutely loved the food, I would highly recommend her and her team!

We recently experienced Dining with April at a private house function in Port Douglas. I can't recommend her more highly. The flavours in her food was sensational and each course was perfect. The whole night was perfect, topped off by her waiter who made sure our glasses were never empty and the wines we had chosen to match each course were delivered with each course.You will not be disappointed.
