Rang them at 11 amthe doctor called at 12 45 pm to say he would call when he was on his way or to call if I had any other questionsI rang at 5 30 to find out what was happening with no answerthen again at 5 45 still no answerI also messaged the doctor with no replySo I call the call center and it was shutit's now 6 15pmOver 7 hours laterim not a happy mummy 2 year old is still waiting and I cant contact anyonevery frustrated with this service right now
