Solar Naturally

Absolutely joke of a solar company. After sale service is nil!!! Customer support is nil!!! You ring tech support and they have no representatives. They say to leave a message with reception and someone will call you back. Well that doesn’t happen. So you call back and they send you an email with instructions which just don’t work. Synergy say my system isn’t connected so I am getting no credits from what I generate even though the app is showing over 30 units generated per day. The sales guy (Jeff) is unhelpful now that he’s got your money. Honestly, do not use this company. I installed solar on my last house with Perth Solar Force. They were excellent and always helpful and I wish I used them this time.

We had a great experience with Solar Naturally. As soon as they got to our house they got straight to work, drew up some plans for us to approve and were in and out in only 4 hours. We've had zero issues so far in the past month that we've had our system and they even called us up for a follow up to make sure everything was going alright and to make sure we were happy. They had some supply issues with the system we wanted, so they upgraded us to a bigger system, with better quality panels and a better quality inverter. I would recommend Solar Naturally to anyone looking to convert to solar power.

Had a friend recommended this company as he worked for them for a little while. Got my full solar install today by Ulric from Solar Naturally. I just wanna call out Ulric as such a absolute asset to this business. From the time they arrived at just after 7am to now when they have just finished at almost 12 he has walked me through every step of the installation. He is super professional and even when I left my front door open he would knock and wouldn't come in unless I was at the front, very humble and it's people like this who make it very satisfying for a customer to have a great experience. Ulric has explained all the information about how the system works, helped me install the app and set it up so it's working fantastically now. Very great service from the Sales guys to the office ladies to the installers. Top notch guys, this is what running a successful business is all about keep up the great work and thanks again Ulric 10/10!

Not recommended. Installers recommended we move providers to get a better feed-in tariff and didn’t advise us this would cancel the installation request for the smart meter. Left us with panels on the roof for almost 8 months with no benefit and alot of time and effort on our part to have the problem rectified. When seeking a visit/service 2 years later, the after sales service lady was very abrupt and rude. Made every excuse under the sun (pardon the pun) as to why our system wasn’t performing-turns out the clock on the system was set up wrong but we still have to pay the service fee. Not at all pleasant to deal with. We’re looking to add another 6kW on the roof now and definitely won’t be going with Solar Naturally.

Recently had solar installed onto our house.Tom and the team member arrived on time explained the process very well , they conducted the installation quick and efficiently, always contacted me for any questions in regards to the progress of work. After the installation Tom talked me through on the operation of the inverter and monitoring the information via the app. Overall Very happy with the service and profesional standed I expected.

Asked many times during the signing if at any time would I have to pay at all the bloke ensured me that it would be drawn from some sort of credit that builds up. I don't mind I can afford it but if someone that couldn't gets caught out that could be rough. Don't like lying in order to get a sale.

Highly recommend. From the salesperson to the installer, we were explained everything that we needed to know. A quick and easy process from start to finish. My only regret is that we didn’t install solar years ago. 100% recommend Solar Naturally.

They did an excellent job from start to finish and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Even to the point of rescheduling to a weekend when they couldn't make the original install date (a few days befor the original install date). I would highly recommend them

I had my solar panels installed last Saturday and it was such a quick and easy process from getting the information, to signing up, to getting them installed. The installers kept me updated each step of the way and then showed me what I needed to know and left everything neat and tidy once they were done. I’ve loved being able to use the sun for free power! Thanks Solar Naturally!
