Plunkett Homes South West (Bunbury)

I keep getting ads on Facebook boasting about Plunkett’s supposed long term record of quality building.My Plunkett build is 2 years old and I’ve just spent the weekend trying to reseal a shower that was growing black mould from within the shower.I look at the poorly laid carpet (wrinkling, lifting) and flooring, the peeling paint in my bathroom, the poorly finished bulkhead in the lounge room, cracking grout, the doors which weren’t sealed properly in the ensuite so it peeling at the bottom … the list is endless.The ‘builder’s range’ of flooring is of such poor quality that I’m hoping we can replace it in the year to come. That’s if I can stand the paint job which needs redoing!We call ours a ‘Covid build’ and wish we had never built with Plunkett.

Couldn't have asked for a better finished house , they got every part of our design from start to finish exactly the way we wanted . So easy to deal with throughout the entire building process, will definitely use Plunkett should we ever build again ...

Very helpful staff they looked after every item in contract, there were a couple of amendment's that were over looked unfortunately those could not be corrected but my money was offered back in an effort for forgiveness. House has come up well we are happy with it.ĺ

Awful!!!! Front door frame moved out of place while house was still under warranty. Plunket homes refused to fix the problem and blamed me by saying I was slamming the front door. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Great designs, friendly staff easy to work with. Finished product was first class. Will use them again.

Plunkett Homes have been around for many years. I have never heard a bad thing about them, they have a great reputation. So if your looking to build or want to buy, have a talk to the experts, I think you will be happy & satisfied.

Generally a pretty disappointing experience. Refused to accept any responsibility when they stuffed up, and tried to pin blame on everyone else. Could not recommend.
