Underwhelming options for snacks and almost zero health concious items. The fact the toilet is out of order and the temporary toilet is just for staff absolutely sucks. It's the last option for a decent toilet for a while and it's a pretty critical feature.

Diesel pump leaked slightly and handle had fuel all over it. No paper towels at the truck diesel fill bowsers. Coffee was pretty good though.

Nobody was turning on the pumps or attending the store even though it was supposed to be open, the lights were on and two cars were parked there, I tried knocking, ringing the doorbell and everything. I suspect whoever was supposed to be working had buggered off somewhere for a sleep or something

Last July in the depths of winter I went to change a overpriced large gas bottle which I needed for my heater. After paying for the gas bottle the attendant stops me and says that the transaction did not go though so I tapped my card again. When I got home I looked at my online statement and found that Ampol Mt Vic had charged me twice for the gas instead of paying and exorbitant 35 I was charged 70$$ !!!. Trying to get them to swop it for a replacement bottle has taken me over a year. The managers are incomputentas they promise to call back and never do. The price of 2l if mily and biscuits are 15$$$$! This place isa rip off and it's srmtaff incomputent

The Staff were very polite and helpful. Petrol was a good price, easy entry and exit and heaps of products inside.
