I have been with ACCCO now for the last 2 years, I have completed my Cert 3 in Early Childhood and have continued straight into my Diploma. My trainer Kristie has been fantastic - she has been more than accommodating and has been kind and understanding even when I lost my study-mojo! Kristie even organised a “cape and the funny hat” when I completed my Cert. I am so happy with the support and curriculum being provided and the in depth learning I have from ACCCO - I feel like I am learning so much with them!

Loved my experience here! Michelle was particularly an amazing trainer, always had a delightful manner and a great knowledge of all the topics, she was always available to help and definitely went beyond to ensure her students were getting the best assistance. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a childcare/learning assistant cert as you definitely are helped along the way and there is always someone you can turn to for help!

My mother has been with this company studying Cert III Children Service for two years. Since then, she has had three different trainers. Apparently the first trainer lost all of my mums assessments so she was forced to do them again. The second did not last long at all and now she is with the third trainer. This company just keeps stuffing my mum around and she is forced to do the whole course again despite studying it and completing the assessments for the past two years.

This Company isn't even worth 1 Star, I considered going back into childcare and thought I may as well complete my Diploma in School Aged Care as I only needed to complete 7 units out of 17, I received 3 units which were 3 booklets and 3 worksheets. I then got a new job in a different field so decided not to continue with the course, I did not hand any units in or receive any credits for the 3 units. Now ACCO is asking for $600 for the enrollment 3 and the 3 units. $600 for a bunch of paper, I can understand the enrollment fee and I could understand if I had receive credits for the units but I did not. When I spoke to ACCO and explained the situation they are simply non negotiable and expect me to pay $600 for a few bits of paper, what an absolute disgrace for a training institute expecting people to pay for units even if they did not complete them. Their policy where apparently fees are charged once the units have been issued is disgusting, I have study at many training institutes and all of them have been that you pay for the units you receive credits for and complete NOT PIECES OF PAPER.

My partner has struggled with this useless bunch for months now, she can't get assignments marked, she has had 3 different trainers and they just do not communicate with her. Deffinatly don't use this group, you will regret it

Alice recently conducted two in services in which I had the pleasure of being involved in. Her ability to relate to everyone she teaches is endless, her vast knowledge of the childcare industry is evident amongst her teachings, as she makes everything interesting and informative. Alice is also able to conduct a room full of people vibrantly keeping everyone engaged, which ensures everyone gets knew knowledge and learnings out of her course.

Don’t even know what to even say, on one hand I’m happy I got my cert three in early childhood and care but when I receive my hard copy, my first aid certificate was no where to be found. I’ve ask all my classmate if they receive BOTH of the certificates and all replied with Yes. I emailed Lorraine regarding where it is, I’ve receive an emailed back saying she will follow me up…..it’s has been two weeks and haven’t receive one email from ACCCO. So I had to email them again regarding where it is and finally got a response from Lorraine saying she will email someone about it and I finally got an email saying I have received it but honestly it felt like it‘s been in their office the entire time. Two days later I got my first aid certificate … it was BENT like someone bent it back and forth on purpose. The certificate had the folder and the package as a protection and none of the protection were crease nor bent so it kinda prove that someone did it on purpose or isMagically bent it which I highly doubt it…what the hell. not only that but they were unreliable and unorganised. They were unorganised because during the first aid course. ACCCO announce that the ENTIRE class receive the wrong LMS but never emailed us the new one, so the entire class plus my teacher (we did the course during grade 11 and 12) had to email them regarding the new LMS. Turns out, all of us got the right one the ENTIRE time. It wasn’t a pleasant experience

Goodness, have been trying to get a letter to confirm that I have been withdrawn from the course for work. 26 days and all my emails have been ignored, along with my Facebook comments. I don't have the time to ring during business hours.
