If i could give less then 1 star i would. Three seperate ombudsman complaints no internet for 3 months phone couldnt call out. Charges for equipment that we had to fight. Just dont do it.

ADSL Download speed of 0.79 Mbps and trying to run a business. Called their customer support located in the Philippines and was on hold for 15 minutes to report a fault. They try to tell you too much information and wasted my time. 3 days later fault still not rectified.

I had better service from Telstra, Optus and Dodo..

no a reliable company phone lines down all the time and they blame NBN all the time never their fault

Worst Company Ever, Do not sign any contract with commander the company is currenly under investigation from asic for illegal contracting activity. If you sign anything you will owe the company $1000's of dollars for phone rental services that you dont need .

this company is absolutely terrible, their customer service is something shocking and their staff are a bunch of clowns. You will call for one issue and they will tell you a million other things that have nothing to do with what you're asking to be fixed. Do not waste your time on them.

We have been with Commander for some time. Recently we have been trying to contact them via email and phone calls to resolve our internet issues. We are getting no help at this stage and as we are in the building industry this is really impacting on our work. We are lucky to get some internet during the day, but there is mega frustration happening. We have had to pay to get external 4G wifi and this is also not a great success. Would really appreciate someone from this company standing up and trying to sort out our issues. Would never recommend them based on our experience.

The worst service you can ever imagine, they make telstra look good. Over charging, harassment but if you have a technical issue suddenly they go quiet. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere

NO STAR. WORST phone company to ever deal with! Be warned billing is never correct. They added a 1300 number to our account for a company on the other side of the country without authorisation. Now we are being billed for a period of time where they cut our phone line off completely without any notification what so ever! So we lost business with there actions. To explain an issue you have to speak to numerous customer service before any action is taken and the communication between them is appalling let alone the language barrier I can hardly understand most of the representatives. So if you want a poor communications centre and lots of calls and headaches along the way by all means sign up with them.

company terrible to deal with. Each operator says a different thing. Dont know who to beleive. I just want fault fix. after 3 days still nothing. Ring back another 1 hour wait. Stay away, you will get better deal on telstra direct and better tech service!!
