Good store. Like all supermarkets the blaring music is excruciating. They need to switch the horrible noise off. I got really bad service in the deli by a woman who really hates her job, not so long ago. The other staff seem half decent.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Always wearing masks properly which is great. BIG shout out to Steven. While shopping thing's didn't go to plan for me. Steven noticed straight away, he checked that I was ok, then grabbed my basket and the last item I needed. Steven carried my basket to the checkout and didn't leave until he was sure I was ok. While paying he did another loop and with a big smile and wave I reassured him I was ok. I was grateful and very impressed Steven did what he did! Thankyou Steven I hope Woolworths does something nice for you

Worst experience at a woolies! The girl at the self checkout has a poker face and appears reluctant to help. The book at the checkout says $2.99 each but doesn't say the price only applies when you purchase a magazine. Never experienced a woolies that disappointing.
