Tonight I received the worst customer service. 10 min ago in the drive through at the second window the woman who gave us our meals was extremely rude, we weren't greeted at all, she just handed us the bags, then shut the window in our face, then she came back with our second bag said nothing and shoved it in my hand. I was so shocked that I asked the woman if something was wrong only to be looked at with attitude and like I was wasting her time. Her response was it's too busy in here". I understand it is a busy period in the night but still have the human decency to say hello. What ever happened to good customer service?!?!"

First and last time trying Guzman and Gomez. I've found some great Mexican food here since moving from California. G and G isn't it. Ordered a burrito and quesidilla online. Burrito did not taste very fresh but still edible. Quesidilla was not. 2 pieces on top of each other in a box. Carefully tried to remove the top piece to find it was stuck to the bottom piece with filling. Once finally got the top piece off it was a mess. See picture. I've had quesidillas from other online orders at other restaurants and all been great. This was not, see picture.

Nearly every time I go here my order is wrong. This time I got I don’t know instead of ground beef even though the receipt says it. The last time I got given chicken in my nacho fries instead of ground beef. The only time they get the order right is when you order through the drive through and if you are only ordering one thing.

I used to love going to this place as it was something that reminded me about my country's food , but omg I ordered a chicken burrito and I just feel very disappointed, the taste is not the same and they put no chicken at all, it was just full of rice.I will never going back there

Definitely one of the worst GYG in Brisbane. Every quesadilla is soggy and gross. I’ve been there many times cos it’s my new local store but even though I’ve mentioned this issue to staff it still the same.

This place used to be one of the best GYG, but not anymore. Excessive waiting time and zero quality foods. I have ordered vegetarian nachos yesterday, but got beef nachos instead. This is happening from last 2 times. This is really disappointed and disgusting. Won't order from this store anymore.

The breakfast menu is great value. However, lunch/dinner is overpriced. Suggestion is to go in store as the drive thru is consistently the slowest one ever. They do not use the first pay window. Rather, you pay at the second window and then have to wait at the front door, which is often annoying when the car behind you has been served and is waiting to get out.. they need to use their waiting bays and first window.

Usually there is no issues but today they forgot a whole breakfast burrito in my meal, (9:52am). They had al the other prts of the order just no burrito. Would love a refund or store credit
