Evolution Laser Clinic

I have been getting laser tattoo removal at MacArthur Square Evolution Laser for a little under a year. The results have been slow but consistent. The sole reason for my 5 star review is because of the kindness I have received from Jenny (the laser technician) almost has me excited to go back and experience the worst pain of my life for 20 seconds every 2 months. Very grateful for her thorough and genuine care. Would recommend Jenny to ANYONE!

I attended Evolution Laser clinic and was treated by Nurse Karina. I had Botox in my frown lines, forehead and crows feet and I also had my lips filled.I could not be any happier with Karinas work and professionalism.I will definitely be returning and recommend anyone looking for a cosmetic injector to book in with Karina. You will not be disappointed.

I would like to commend the laser professional named Tara at the Macarthur clinic for her incredible work. I had her do a full body laser treatment and was impressed with her thorough attention to detail. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and made sure that after the treatment I was happy with all the areas covered and if there was anything else I needed doing (NOBODY has asked me this before and I have had laser done by many people at different places). I felt as if I was getting my moneys worth. She was quick and efficient and clean. I am honestly so very happy with her service. She is amazing.

I’ve been going to evolution at macarthur for a while now and can honestly say that particular clinic is a cut above the rest. I’ve been to a few other places even within the evolution chain for convenience reasons, but Definitely happy to drive the extra 15 minutes because the girls , the service and everything is 10/10.I had to bring my toddlers with me to my appointment today and Glenda and Kelly were so lovely and accommodating and were happy to watch my kids while I did my laser . Many other places just tell you, you can’t bring them!! What’s a mother to do!?Thank you so much for being so amazing , seriously I truly appreciated today.

Honestly I haven’t done laser in a year and I’ve had so many scars from operations and I was so nervous. Natalie was my nurse and she made me feel so comfortable. She was so nice and sweet and I came out feeling so happy. I definitely recommend going there. The whole staff was lovely

My specialist nurse Karina made me feel welcoming and assisted me out with the whole experience of getting my treatments. She is a wonderful asset tot he company. She explained and answered all my questions, from start to finish. I have already to my family and friends to book appointment with her and will be going back to her for her exceptionally great service. Thank you Karina!

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would for customers service.I have numerous appointments where I have booked my appointment 6-8 weeks in advance being rescheduled on the day of my appointment to another day, regardless the fact it was booked in advance.Or my appointment times have changed without my consent to an earlier time frame expecting me to turn up on even thou it was not what i scheduled.I am so frustrated about it.The only reason I stay is the treatment service I receive from Nat is wonderful and she knows what she is doing and the result's are amazing, she is highly recommended but be mindful of the inconvenience you may have with your booked sessions.

I was treated like a total inconvenience because I wanted to KEEP the appointment I made 6 weeks prior. I was unable to change my schedule for this salons staffing issues, and was reluctantly advised with lots of sighing, interrupting and rudeness, that I should come in and just wait and see how it would go on the day, because I couldn’t change my appointment for them, someone else’s treatment would be interrupted. As if it was my fault.All I wanted to do is show up to my appointment at the agreed and booked time. I was told that it was hard on them, and that’s why they asked me to change my time. Just before Christmas. And just before my holidays. It didn’t work for me. I did not need to be made to feel responsible for their staff issues? 3 phone calls over 48 hours from them. To me. For a 10 min laser session. Each one was more rude and abrupt than the next.I asked to speak to the manager, was told I was speaking to the “owner” and too bad if I didn’t like it. She was the be all and end all of Eden Macarthur and she could do whatever she wanted. There is “no one higher than me. So now what?”I didn’t go to my session. And I will never go back. Even though it’s already been paid for.I’d rather let go of any money, than deal with this place ever again.That’s how bad it was. This is a REAL review.I have never been treated this way, for no reason, and I would highly suggest looking elsewhere before going here.You get what you pay for, and for something so simple, and what should be a hassle free experience, it wasn’t worth it.

Second time cancellation on my appointment as I wasn’t explained properly of what I shouldn’t be doing prior to laser treatment. Disappointed as I made time for time cancelling all my other commitments.
